Direct Care Support
We are seeking people who are committed to supporting individuals in reaching their highest potential. As Direct Care Support professional, you will be responsible for providing supports to children and adults with disabilities, both in the home and the community. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are a must. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Personal Care Services
Personal Care Services is a non-medical, hands-on service to Home and Community Based Care-Elderly and Chronically Ill individuals.

A Personal Care Services worker may provide support at home or in the community with:

    • Dental and oral hygiene
    • Walking / Mobility
    • Transfers and toileting
    • Skin, nail and foot care

    • Meal Planning and cooking

Respite Providers
We are seeking individuals looking for part-time flexible hours to accompany young adults or adults to various community activities, provide after school supervision and fun activities, and provide a break for family members. Respite is provided for individuals of all ages who have a variety of interests and abilities.

If you are looking for a few extra hours of work with a sincere interest in working with individuals with disabilities along with the ability to have fun.

As a progressive team of human services professionals our case managers may provide assistance to individuals who have developmental disabilities through service coordination, advocacy, and quality assurance services or provide all necessary supports to facilitate participants to plan, implement, monitor, and adjust budget service hours and/or financial allocation to fully utilize account resources. This position would required a minimum of a bachelor's degree or high school diploma with one or more years of college level education; and 2-3 years direct experience in planning and facilitating groups or prior case work or related experience with people who have developmental disabilities and their families.
ABA Providers
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Provider develop and encourage opportunities for incidental learning under the guidance of the team behavioral consultant. Minimum of 2yrs experience working with young children along with early child development experience preferred.

Speech & Language Pathologists/Occupational Therapists
Join our transdiscplinary team! Family Centered Early Supports & Services are resources that are provided to children from birth to three years of age and their families. This includes a developmental evaluation, therapeutic interventions, guidance and instruction, as well as emotional support. Experience with pediatric population, current professional license, and a valid NH driver's license is required.
In supporting the operation positions in this category include, but are not limited to the following: Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist, Medicaid Billing Specialist, Human Resources/Payroll, & Maintenance.
